Drive-Through Procedures
All tickets are final sale.
We allow for Ticket Transfers to a similar weekday or weekend date depending on which ticket(s) were purchased no later than 48 hours to your originally scheduled event date. Time slot requests that take place within 48 hours of your original event date will not be allowed. There is no additional charge for this ticket transfer.

Guests must remain in their vehicles at all times.
There are no washrooms on-site. Please use one ahead of time.
The vehicle height restriction is 7'2 including antenna.
Buses, extended cab trucks, limos, cargo vans are not permitted.
Please drive very slowly through the experience.
Only brief stopping to take photos allowed.
Arrive at your designated time or a few minutes early. Guests who are late may not be admitted.
Our experience will happen rain, snow or shine.
